ge nothing to interest me anymore. as a teenz minded, nothing will change with 60 candidates from PAS, shorty brisk incumbent from DAP, and the ambitious candidates from PKR.but what im really worrying is the percentage of opposition will sagged down in this 12th ge.thus, democracy will be faltered in this country again n again. BN no doubt, they'r superb.they will win in victory.For all candidates (BN and opposition) plz emulate the truly democracy, the truly democrcy is not to fool ppl. try to educate ppl let them choose the best for 'em self.
for voter, make it lil'bit focus on ur job

im really pleased to be informed that 98% subsidized from goverment spent for health care.
but im really disgruntled about that because frequently ppl in cronically ill still need mass media to get money for the cure/care.

maybe it's good in the middle of heat of this coming GE. im one of malaysian who doesnt smoking from branded cigarette to old type of cigarette as well as shisa and whatsoever.why not those are ppl do not smoking rise up the important issue about smoking. my chest really tight to inhale this smoke everyday.maybe all candidates will aware with this even they are pretend to. To salvage this situation:14 packs branded cigarette could be sold about rm50 ringgit and limit the space for smoker person if they wanna suck that ass hole.n plz do not cajole us with the good facilities and food in cultivating our malaysian healthy.

cigarrete will produce lung cancer.everybody known,everybody aware but why all candidate(GE) so fool to know about it and prattle about orang utan,bendera patah and so on??

sitting in my room wtaching the tv make me boring like da hell.

1)it's loathsome to let ur body and skin in the air-conditioner room.
2)it's will ur body keep produce and turn the carbohidrat into fat and increase its percentage.
3)make u feel tired for whole day and next day.
4)u juz watching tv : tv1, it's mean u'll keep telling urself what previous goverment had done for u as well as distorted of statement and pic.i've no problem with that as long as i can accept several candidates from bn.but plz pak lah dismiss some mps that making voters hate'em even they r popular amongst dewan rakyat with their stupid joke!!! everybuddy known them...
5)for voters only : plz make our parliament have space for " check and balance"

juz wanna share titbit about food and diet(maybe helping in this GE fever).

1) if u feel tired, try to get food contains with more fiber.
2) if u feelm gloomy, try to get food contains with bitter
choc.it will boost ur motivation.

we always be in dissatisfaction feeling about our self, we pray and hope for better way. n when we get it we still rife for the another better way.....why dont we feel grateful to what we have n keep pray for we become comfortable to ourselves wotever comes n goes around.

when u growth up over 20 yz old u'll more concern about ur healthy.couple yz ago i'd nurtured myself with calories and fat with lil'bit of healthy food. but when im this old, im trying to plead myself with healthy food n be more selective about food, diet i mean.glued in my mind still when 1st semester im enrolled to campus life with money less in my pocket i'd spent rm1.5-rm2 per day to buy lauk-pauk while we cooked our own rice.
rm 1 = ayam/daging + kuah yg banyak2
rm0.5= telur
rm0.5=sayur mayur.
seriously,when u eat nasik yg byk with kuah yg banyak it easy to make u full with food. nowaday i've changing my eating habit at all(last 2 semester i take more protein than calories), i'll take variety of food and try to avoid fat and calories's containment in my food.
all because i wanna enjoy drinking of pepsi when im 55 yr old.

after several weeks i juznow had felt the soul of miri today.i was mingling around pekan miri the whole this afternoon today, surveyed the buah tgn for my family and so on. juz nice day to mingle around.for beginning when im here,i been reiterated to feel bit scare of women at miri because they are easy-going (my mum told me dont speak to them,maybe that advise so OVERBOARD n think they are ok). juz before my abang-abang had picked up one women and having dinner together n i know they r very friendly person,don misjudge though.this pekan fully fill with pub and lounge,every block u go u can get one or two pub.yup, this is very yippee-yippee town if u'r looking for.i don wanna waste rm200 for juz one nite to enjoy my one nite life....

i'd been told by sumeone and advised me to go to more details what ever i do.yup i admit it. in the other way, i think he had concluded a rite of me n i don succumb to anymore about it. every ppl have face the samething, failure to go details n im sure if ppl dregde their willing to go more depth which is prerequisite before they could success. is it negara kebajikan or negara kapitalis, food and fuel very volatile in this open economic system and this, i talk about after ge. every action of goverment (party s win the election) will have a reason to adduce ppl,on de anotha hand opposite ppl will think that is nutty.but believe me all party trying to gratify ppl but it depend to the all parties what strategies they wanna do.but plz be details!!!

i wanna see the details(said my boss).
